Check-In and Check-Out Policies

Early Check-In

The hotel reserves the right to charge an early check-in fee if a guest arrives before the standard check-in time.

Early Check-Out

Early check-out is possible upon request. Please contact the Front Office. Additional fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings at The Bali Hotel are subject to the rate-specific cancellation policy. Failure to check in on the reserved date may incur a penalty as per the booked rate. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if:

• The guest provides invalid payment details;
• Fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected;
• The booking contains errors or mistakes;
• Reservations do not comply with our Terms & Conditions.

Guests shortening their stay or checking out early may incur a penalty as per the rate’s cancellation policy. In such cases, the hotel is not obliged to provide new reservations at the original rates; a new booking must be made by the guest.

Payment Terms

Guests must provide proof of payment to the reservations department within 48 hours of booking and include the reservation confirmation number. Guests are responsible for any banking fees or charges incurred to complete the transaction. Failure to provide proof of payment within 48 hours may result in cancellation, with applicable cancellation or no-show penalties.
